Most likely you want to keep some digital photos, e-mail, and other files for you and your family to look at in the future. However, preserving digital information is a new concept that most people have little experience with. Learn how to preserve digital photo albums, letters, home movies, and paper documents with personal archiving standards from Library of Congress’ Digital Preservation Curriculum.

About Kai ... she is earning her Master’s in Library Science from Pratt Institute. She stays up to date on the latest software programs and technologies. Kai has been troubleshooting technology issues with patrons in the library since 2010 and outside the library for over 15 years. Kai is the Book a Space and Program Coordinator at Pequot Library.
