This repeat is an exception to the normal repeat pattern

fantastic finds CollageOn the first Friday of every month, enjoy an up close and personal experience with Pequot’s Special Collections of rare books, manuscripts, and archives. In April, join Special Collections Consultant, Dr. Elizabeth Beaudin, for an exclusive look at materials about the building and grounds not included in the current Pequot Founders: Building a Library and a Legacy exhibit. View the contractor's specifications from 1887, the landscaping plans from 1894, and read about Mr. Elbert Monroe and the New York, New Haven, and Hartford Railroad Company heated negotiation for land from 1890-1892.

Pequot Library’s Special Collections is comprised of over 30,000 items that reflect the founders’ interest in Early Americana, nature, science, literature, and the arts.  It offers patrons a wide selection of primary source material for research and learning, and provides the foundation for the public programs hosted by the library.
