Jonas Wood-Inspired Still Life Drawing

Students in this class, presented in conjunction with the 23rd Juried Art Show on view in the auditorium in late October, will create a still life inspired by the artist Jonas Wood. Students will work on a multimedia project, incorporating varying patterns using white pencil on black railroad board to create a vessel for their potted plant. They will then add their plant elements using oil pastels through observational drawing. Led by an art instructor from One River School in Westport.
For children in grades 3-6.
